Perform set-up and operate Computer Number Control (CNC) Mill and Lathe machines to fabricate plastic and non-metallic parts according to strict customer and quality specifications.

  • Edit, send, or retrieve CNC programs from system files as required for machine set-up and operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing paperwork such as travelers, blueprints, sketches, etc.
  • Meet needed quote times and schedule for assigned work.


Perform thorough inspections on all incoming finished goods, including hardware and processed parts from vendors.  Perform in-process inspection throughout the manufacturing process from first article to final inspection in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident in reading and understanding mechanical blueprints; cognizant with all the basic fundamental rules.
  • Ability to use and understand the application and techniques of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to use various types of inspection tools, such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparator, optical/probe Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM/Keyence), etc.


Roncelli Plastics apprenticeship program is designed to offer on-the-job training under the supervision of qualified, and highly skilled mentors to newly skilled employees. The goal of this apprentice program is to pave the way for a career path for an employee who wants longevity, who is willing to follow the program and who wants to obtain higher knowledge and experience with Roncelli Plastics.

Start of the Program is in Shop/Manufacturing:

  • Check and maintain all machine fluid levels, including coolant and oil levels to ensure proper machine functioning.
  • Collect plastic chips, drain coolant and any other production waste materials from machines and dispose in trash.
  • Maintain and clean, CNC Lathe, Mill and Conventional equipment, coolant sumps, dust collection system and areas throughout the shop.
