Manufacturing your parts efficiently with extreme attention to quality is our mission. Roncelli Plastics latest addition to our manufacturing facility is yet another way we continue to prove this. In January 2022, Roncelli Plastics added 2 new Keyence Machines. These Keyence IM Systems will assist with in-house inspection and quality assurance. The new additions bring Roncelli Plastics to a total of 10 Keyence Machines.
The new machines are part of Roncelli’s mission to invest in machines to maintain consistent accuracy and decrease turnaround times.
These Instant Measurement Systems are automated optical comparators that can perform dimensional measurements in seconds at the push of a button. These units also automatically record measurement data and create detailed inspection reports.
For the last 2 years, Roncelli Plastics has connected these machines to our automated Co-Bots which enable lights out manufacturing and streamline not only quality but also operations within Roncelli.
