Roncelli Plastics, Inc. – Code of Ethics

Roncelli Plastics requires that all directors, officers and employees of Roncelli Plastics abide by the fundamental principles of ethical behavior listed here in performing their duties.

1. Obeying the law – We respect and obey the laws, rules and regulations applying to our businesses around the world. Including without limitation, laws and regulations aiming to protect human rights, fight against corruption, money laundering, terrorism, as well as laws and regulations related to fraud, antitrust, data protection, international trade compliance, health, workplace safety, and environment.

2. Respecting human rights – We respect human rights and require our suppliers to do the same. Particularly to treat people with respect and dignity, remain receptive to diverse opinions, promote equal opportunity for all.

8. Political contributions – We do not make contributions on behalf of Roncelli Plastics to political candidates or parties, even when lawful.

9. Health and Safety – We comply with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations, and directives to protect the health, safety, and welfare of our people, visitors, and others who may be affected by our activities.

10. Environment and Sustainability – We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and directives and operate as responsible stewards of the environment.
